Does the MSM offer educational projects for schools? 

Yes, the MSM team is fully committed to working with schools to promote educational shoe projects for students in grades 4 to 12. Please email the MSM education department at contact@miamishoemuseum.org to get in touch.

Is the MSM permanent collection for sale? 

The MSM permanent collection is private and is not for sale.

What's the MIAMI Shoe Museum's Non-Refundable Policy?

At the MIAMI Shoe Museum, we value your support and participation in our cultural programming. To ensure sustainability and fair access, please note the following non-refundable policy:

Memberships

All MIAMI Shoe Museum memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once a membership is purchased, we cannot offer refunds, even if it is unused or partially used.

Exhibition Tickets / Entry Fees

Tickets purchased for timed-entry exhibitions, pop-ups, or special installations are non-refundable, including missed appointments or late arrivals. In the case of a museum-related cancellation, rescheduling or partial (on a case-by-case basis) credit toward a future visit may be offered at the Museum’s discretion.

Workshops, Talks & Special Events

All reservations for workshops, lectures, and public programs are non-refundable. If a participant is unable to attend, we may offer a credit or transfer (on a case-by-case basis) to a future session if notified at least one week in advance.

Digital Content & Online Exhibitions

Payments for digital exhibitions, downloadable materials, or virtual events are non-refundable once access has been granted or content has been delivered.

Retail / Merchandise Sales

All sales are final unless an item is damaged or defective upon receipt. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 7 days of purchase.

Force Majeure Clause

Refunds will not be issued due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, public health emergencies, or venue closures.

Right to Modify Programs or Locations

The MIAMI Shoe Museum reserves the right to change the location, format, or content of any exhibition, program, or event at its sole discretion, including shifting to digital or hybrid formats when necessary. No refunds will be issued for such changes.
